RETURNING FAMILIES

If you have children enrolled at Rock Valley Community Schools and you have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal Account, complete the following:

REMEMBER! Before beginning the Online Registration process, you must have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal Account to begin.  If you do not have an existing Portal Account, please refer to the Parent Portal instructions above.


STEP 1 – INFINITE CAMPUS ONLINE REGISTRATION

Login to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.  Once you are logged in, click on "More" menu on the left-hand side. Then, choose Online Registration.

To complete the Online Registration Application, you will need to review each pleat, make any corrections needed, then click the Next button.  Once each pleat within the application is completed, you will be directed to click the SUBMIT button. You may also print a copy of your application before submitting. You will receive an email confirmation at several points throughout the process to keep you informed of any changes to the status of your application.  Once you submit your household application, you are finished as this year, our Board of Education voted to waive all school registration fees.

STEP 2 - PAY FEES - WAIVED

The RVCSD School Board approved waiving all required Registration fees for the 2024-2025 school year.

You will still have the ability to purchase Yearbooks through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.  While still in the Fees section, at the bottom of the page, it will say Optional Fees.  When you click on this button it will bring you to another page that lists the optional items you may purchase.  You can add any of those items to your cart and then checkout.  Payments can be made by debit/credit card or e-Check within the Infinite Campus portal or by bringing cash or check to Registration Day on August 8.

If at any time you need assistance with your application, you can SAVE your progress and call 712-476-2701 during business hours (9:00 am – 12:00 and 1:00 – 3:00 pm) and we'll be happy to help you.

ACTIVITY REGISTRATION - REGISTER THROUGH BOUND

All students involved in activities (sports as well as other activities/organizations) must register in BOUND. Information regarding this registration and uploading physicals were sent via email and is available on our website.

ACTIVITY TICKETS - PURCHASE THROUGH BOUND

Activity passes will be all digital again this year. No family passes or individual passes will be manually printed. These passes will need to be purchased through Bound software. If you would like to purchase digital passes, you can find Activity Ticket information on our website under the Athletics button.

COMPLETING A FREE AND REDUCED MEAL APPLICATION

If you have not received a notification letter in the mail regarding your free and reduced price meal status via direct certification from the state and you feel you may qualify for free or reduced price meals, please complete the 2024-2025 Iowa Application for Free and Reduced Price School Meals. This application will be available on our website, or at the school offices beginning August 5. The Application may be returned at any time. If you are/were displaced from your home at any time after July 1, due to the flood, please complete the short survey sent to you via email and Infinite Campus.
